The research focuses on enhancing citizen participation in municipal management, highlighting a decline in interest due to inadequate technical support and knowledge gaps. By proposing strategies to strengthen citizens' capacities in project management, the study aims to improve engagement and effectiveness in local governance. Conducted through a quantitative non-experimental approach, it includes a sample of 128 residents, utilizing simple random sampling to gather insights and support the proposed initiatives for better municipal management.
