In Book 2 of the Theodyssey trilogy, Sir Sechaverell de la Beche bart, baronet, cross-dresser, gourmet, opera-lover and captain of the privateer spaceship, HMS Bountiful, goes to the planet Libertania, haunt of pirates, renegades and other flotsam and jetsam of the Galaxy. He is in search of a route to the planet Utrophia, where he believes the Holy Kwokkah may be found. Libertania's denizens include the organizer of a rat baiting ring, a mysterious building, where dimensions appear to be to manipulated at will, and a judge with very strict views on legal procedures. His enemies multiply as he is pursued by the Galaxy's most notorious pirate.

In Book 3 of the Theodyssey trilogy, Sir Sechaverell de la Beche bart, baronet, cross-dresser, gourmet, opera-lover and captain of the privateer spaceship, HMS Bountiful, goes to the planet Utrophia, inhabited by members of all the Galaxy's religions. Utrophia was established to bring harmony to religions. The reality, de la Beche finds, is anything but. Pursued still by the Galaxy's most notorious pirate and shadowed by feminists, arguments abound as he encounters sects both meek and bombastic, monotheist and polytheist, together with a circle of armour-wearing knights and their fiery steeds, in the search for the mysterious figure who may lead them to the Kwokkah.
