They deal with the beginning of the relationships between central and local authorities and between both sets of authorities and people, delegated legislation and judicial work of government agencies to combat the encroachment of the executive upon the functions of the legislature and judiciary, the public administration laws of Great Britain during World War II, the form and publicity of written laws in general, and observations on bureaucracy.
