"Always, Always Believe In You! " is a book about building a foundation of self love in the hearts of our children today. It is meant to be a gentle, loving source of encouragement to children, providing strategies and reminders as they continue to maneuver through all the stresses of childhood. This book encourages children to challenge negative self-talk, repeat affirmations, breath, and most importantly- it encourages children to believe in themselves and their ability as they face difficult challenges growing up. This books is a reminder to children that they are strong and resilient. It also reminds children as they go through difficult times- to be able to put those moments into perspective and understand and believe that better times are coming. This book is done in a rhyming format, illustrated with adorable animal illustrations and is meant to be shared by a loving adult with a child.
