Love, Life, and Heartache is a collection of poetry that starts from an early adulthood when hearts were wild and emotions ran high. It continues through many years of broken hearts and deep loss. It tells of a journey through trials and tribulations to suffering with depression, and self-harm. The authors hope is that this book may help others find a way to cope with the roller-coaster ride of life and how to overcome it. It tells of a person who has suffered great loss, who has been badly hurt, and who, after finally, learning how to love herself, has learned how to love others with a full heart.
