After her divorce, she seeks connection through internet dating, only to feel further lost. Finding purpose as a Juvenile Justice Officer, she later transitions to working in adult corrections, where she meets Brew, a supportive partner. Despite his love, Angelica struggles with depression and suicidal thoughts, highlighting her ongoing battle for self-discovery and healing.
