Focusing on the dynamics of chemicals in products (CiPs), this thesis introduces a novel methodology to model their journey from production to environmental concentrations. It explores the transport, transformation, and accumulation of CiPs in the environment while identifying strategies to mitigate their negative impacts on ecosystems and human health. This work serves as a crucial interdisciplinary resource for industrial ecologists, environmental chemists, and policymakers dedicated to sustainable management of chemicals and waste.
