This study investigates Ghana's National Migration Policy (NMP) in the context of EU migration control efforts. It examines stakeholder involvement and influences in policy-making, revealing that local interests are often overshadowed by the EU's agenda. The research, based on extensive fieldwork, highlights a disconnect between the NMP and Ghana's internal migration issues.
