Focusing on the analysis of a primary school textbook from the SM publishing house, this Master's Thesis explores how heritage is represented for 5th graders in Andalusia. It employs a theoretical framework based on expert definitions of heritage, followed by a qualitative examination of the book's text, images, and activities. The study also evaluates the book's formal characteristics and methodology, revealing a significant need for updates in heritage-related content, aligning with findings from other research in the field.
