Focusing on the rise of sustainable buildings in urban centers, this work develops criteria for evaluating building sustainability, drawing from Brazilian green certifications like LEED, AQUA, and the Blue House Seal. It aims to enhance competitiveness in engineering and marketing by establishing a comprehensive framework based on environmental guidelines and regulations. The study culminates in a categorized list of sustainability criteria, providing a structured approach for assessing various types of buildings in line with current standards.
