Focusing on the hydrochemistry of groundwater in Vijayawada, this study analyzes samples from 20 bore wells to evaluate water quality for drinking purposes. It tests various physiochemical parameters, including pH, alkalinity, and total hardness, and compares findings against the Bureau of Indian Standards. The research aims to assess the impact of urbanization and agricultural activities on groundwater quality, providing essential insights for developing effective management strategies for safe drinking water in the region.
