The research investigates how motivational factors influence the quality of learning among fourth and fifth-year students in the Department of Economic and Administrative Sciences at UNAN Managua. Conducted during the second semester of 2017, the study employs a mixed-method approach and correlational design, exploring the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes through both documentary and field research. This analysis aims to provide insights into educational strategies that could enhance student engagement and academic success.
