Focusing on the essential development of managerial skills for trade union leaders, this work highlights the Cuban private sector's growing significance in the economy. It presents a theoretical-methodological framework for enhancing these skills specifically within this context. The framework includes fundamental, complementary, and dynamic concepts that interconnect to elucidate the trade union's operational dynamics. Additionally, it offers a practical methodology for implementation, demonstrating its feasibility and importance through educational applications.
