Focusing on the optimization of Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) for aluminum matrix composites reinforced with silicon carbide and molybdenum, this work employs the Taguchi method to identify the best machining parameters. Grey Relational Analysis is utilized to assess the impact of various parameters on EDM performance, accounting for data uncertainties. The methodology systematically explores the interactions between machining parameters to enhance performance, making it a valuable resource for engineering applications involving these advanced materials.
