By analyzing local conflicts, it aims to propose sustainable and less traumatic solutions that benefit key organizations like UNOCANC and the Toacaso Central Canal. These groups play a vital role in broader provincial organizations, enhancing their capacity to manage water resources and ecosystems effectively. The insights gained are intended to improve negotiation processes and foster collaboration among various stakeholders.
