Focusing on e-learning in Colleges of Education in South-west Nigeria, the study highlights the innovative potential of this approach for interactive learning. It investigates lecturers' perceptions of government policies, infrastructure availability, and institutional strategies, revealing high awareness of e-learning but low ratings for infrastructure and capacity building. The research utilized a descriptive method with questionnaires, concluding that while lecturers understand e-learning concepts, their practical skills and versatility are lacking, prompting recommendations for enhanced training.
