The Mucker series, originating in All-Story Weekly, features a blend of adventure and character development, following the protagonist's exploits. The initial story was published in 1921, with a sequel titled The Return of the Mucker. In 1917, Burroughs expanded the universe with The Oakdale Affair, reintroducing the sidekick Bridge. This series showcases Burroughs' signature pulp storytelling, filled with action and memorable characters.
