Focusing on the micropolitical dynamics of university policy, this study examines the "Programa Acompañante Alumno" at Universidad Nacional de La Pampa, highlighting its impact on student admission and retention from 2005 to 2010. Organized into six sections, the book explores the theoretical framework, institutionalization processes, resistance actions, and the relationships among students and faculty. It also evaluates perceptions of university entrance and offers new insights into educational policy challenges, culminating in reflections on the implications for future research.
