Focusing on the significance of quality and productivity for national development, this research proposes a method to calculate quality costs for Empresa Eléctrica Sancti-Spiríritus. Despite having an Integrated Management System, the company lacks tools to evaluate quality costs, hindering its ability to identify issues and improve profitability. Through a comprehensive study and extensive literature review, the research outlines conclusions and recommendations aimed at enhancing the company's efficiency and effectiveness.
