The study explores the role of artists' managers in promoting contemporary music in Côte d'Ivoire, highlighting significant shortcomings in training for both musicians and managers. Despite these flaws, it acknowledges that managers play a crucial role in advancing the music scene through various strategies like advertising and partnerships. Improved training for these managers could enhance their effectiveness and capitalize on the abundant resources within the Ivorian music industry.
