Focusing on the emerging concept of home healthcare in India, this study explores its significance for the elderly and patients with chronic conditions. It identifies factors driving growth from both user and provider perspectives, testing a model that assesses variables like service quality and caregiver burden on patient choices. Additionally, it develops a risk matrix for home health nurses and a balanced scorecard for agencies. The research also evaluates the integration of telemedicine in home healthcare and conducts a bibliometric analysis to highlight publication trends and future research opportunities.
