The article explores how social inequalities impact economic and political governance in Kenya, highlighting issues such as limited asset ownership and inadequate access to essential services. It reveals that these factors contribute to political instability and corruption, undermining economic growth. In response, the Kenyan government has initiated decentralization and social protection programs, including free primary education and women's empowerment initiatives. However, challenges like insufficient monitoring, underfunding of critical institutions, poor infrastructure, and ineffective planning hinder progress.
