Focusing on the impact of information and communication technology on education, this study explores the experiences of MBA undergraduate students in a distance learning program. Through a qualitative approach, including electronic surveys and semi-structured interviews, it examines students' perspectives and the variables affecting program quality. The findings contribute to understanding the realities of distance education and highlight the significant factors influencing the learning experience of university students.
