Focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced by Distance Education (EaD) students, this research explores the training process within a Federal Public Institution in Alagoas. It aims to enhance the discourse surrounding EaD by presenting findings that encourage critical studies and new approaches for users. The work seeks to propose innovative strategies for improving the delivery and effectiveness of distance education, both within the institution and beyond, fostering a deeper understanding of the educational landscape.
