Focusing on a preventive approach to corruption within administrative law, this research examines mechanisms implemented in Chile and Uruguay, highlighting their advanced systems. It details proposed mechanisms in areas such as human resources, public contracts, and internal controls, emphasizing the need for new laws to enhance corruption prevention. The study advocates for the establishment of an independent constitutional body to oversee the National System of Public Ethics and Anticorruption, aiming to unify efforts in combating corruption effectively.
