The calendar presents a modern interpretation of ancient Scandinavian timekeeping, featuring 13 months of 28 days each, structured into four weeks. Each day of the week is named after its original Norse deity, such as Moonsday and Thorsday. The months are renamed to honor the Sacred Sagas, and the calendar incorporates significant Viking holidays, including Ragnar Lothbrok Day and Yule, aiming to establish a cultural foundation for the contemporary Viking community.
