Focusing on urban revitalization, this work examines the transformation of deteriorating city centers, particularly in Bogotá's Barrio Las Nieves. It highlights the importance of enhancing public spaces as communal assets through the Bogotá Humana Development Plan. The goal is to formulate a revitalization strategy that integrates urban and architectural planning, targeting a specific area to rejuvenate the urban landscape and foster economic, social, and cultural activities. The approach emphasizes preserving historic centers while promoting community engagement.
