Focusing on the physiological aspects of Sorghum, this research investigates key factors affecting germination and seedling growth in the hybrids CSV 24SS and CSH-I. It examines the impact of moisture levels—adequate, restricted, and excessive—on germination rates. Additionally, the study explores the role of VA mycorrhiza in sorghum, analyzes biochemical changes due to fungal infections, and conducts tissue culture studies on the hybrid CSV-24SS. This comprehensive approach aims to enhance understanding of sorghum's physiological responses and improve agricultural practices.
