Focusing on the design and analysis of a parabolic spring for C2 unit trucks, this work highlights the advantages of parabolic suspension over traditional semi-elliptic springs, particularly in material efficiency and distributed effort. It proposes a novel design method that utilizes numerical analysis to reduce the need for costly and time-consuming fatigue tests. The study includes static analysis for stress and deformation assessment, fatigue analysis for service life estimation, and the identification of five vibration modes to ensure safety and performance.
