Focusing on the critical phase of adolescence, this study emphasizes the need for effective adjustment to environmental demands. It addresses the lack of a standardized adjustment inventory in Telugu, aiming to develop the Adolescent Adjustment Inventory (AAI) in both English and Telugu. The AAI encompasses five key adjustment contexts: home, health, academic, social, and emotional. The development process included item analysis and expert feedback, resulting in 332 items that were carefully translated and validated for linguistic equivalence.
