In an age dominated by big data, algorithms increasingly dictate choices in both private and public spheres, influencing social relationships and decision-making processes. The evolution of digitization in public administration since 2005 has streamlined complex tasks, reducing human error. However, the Administrative Judge has attempted to regulate these automated procedures by establishing criteria for algorithm use, challenging the notion of "algorithmic neutrality." This critique highlights the potential for inequities and lack of clarity in decision-making resulting from biased algorithms.
