The focus of this book is on the modification of clayey soil to enhance its suitability as subgrade material for pavements. Due to its low shear strength and high compressibility, traditional clay cannot meet necessary standards. The author explores the use of fly ash as an admixture for soil stabilization, examining its effectiveness during the curing period. This study highlights the potential of fly ash not only as a substitute for cement in concrete but also as a means to improve the properties of clayey soil for construction purposes.
