Focusing on quality improvement in healthcare, this work proposes enhancements to the Quality Improvement Audit Program at SOS SALUD SAS. It includes a diagnosis of the current situation, a proposal using the PHVA method, and the creation of an evaluation model for priority processes. The main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by managing care risks within a safe environment. Engaging stakeholders is crucial to foster a culture of quality and self-control among all members of the organization.
