The study focuses on the impact of information and communication technology on education, particularly in distance learning for MBA students. It involved 12 participants and utilized both an electronic survey and semi-structured interviews to gather qualitative data. Through a descriptive phenomenological design, the research highlights students' experiences and opinions, revealing key factors affecting program quality, such as the educational platform and the teachers' technological skills. This insight contributes to understanding the realities of distance education and its effectiveness.
