Focusing on the professional integration of higher education graduates, this research investigates the work values sought by graduates from the University of Lisbon and the New University of Lisbon. It highlights a gap in existing studies that typically overlook the subjective dimensions of integration. By employing two complementary methodologies, the study aims to explore the intrinsic values individuals associate with their work, enhancing the understanding of the subjective relationships between graduates and their professional environments.
