Focusing on the performance appraisal system, this study evaluates its impact on student productivity at Hohete-Tibeb Share Company, specifically at the Ethio-Parents School Gerji Campus. It examines key factors such as interpersonal relationships, objective setting, rater accuracy, and recognition. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods, the research incorporates primary data from employee questionnaires and interviews with senior management and HR staff, alongside secondary data from various sources, to provide a comprehensive analysis.
