It argues that Lucretius's work provides a profound understanding of the universe that challenges these constructs. Additionally, it presents an Epicurean vision of masculinity that has the potential to rejuvenate the Republic, offering a fresh perspective on ancient philosophical thought and its implications for gender dynamics.
