Focusing on the logistics of fruit and vegetable transportation, this doctoral research examines the indicators essential for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Tierras Altas, Chiriqui, for the year 2023. Employing a quantitative positivist approach, the study uses non-experimental transactional design and includes a sample of 24 SMEs. Data collection methods encompass direct observation, documentary review, and surveys, with validated instruments and reliability assessed using Cronbach's Alpha. This comprehensive analysis aims to enhance logistical efficiency within the sector.
