Global Social Work in Kerala: Assessing Competencies

Focusing on the intersection of multicultural and social work competencies, this investigation aims to assess undergraduate social work students' skills within the context of global migration. By quantitatively measuring these competencies, the study seeks to enhance social work education and practice. Previous findings indicate a gap in social work students' ability to effectively engage with diverse populations, underscoring the necessity of understanding how these competencies relate to international migration.
