Systematic Method for Zero-Energy efficiency Buildings

Focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability, this study examines the impact of air infiltration and natural ventilation in Moroccan buildings, particularly in Ifrane. It critiques existing regulations, like the RTCM, for not leveraging these factors effectively. The research simulates three scenarios to assess energy performance under varying conditions, including different occupancy levels and light power. By exploring these elements, the study aims to enhance economic and environmental outcomes in building practices across Morocco.
