The study explores the performance of reinforced concrete structures enhanced with waste paper, steel fibers, and carbon fibers, focusing on their compressive, tensile, and flexural properties. Using varying mass contents of additives (10%, 15%, and 20%), the research includes tests on cubes, beams, and cylinders to evaluate strength and strain. Findings reveal that fiber inclusion notably improves lateral load-bearing capacity and alters failure modes, with a detailed comparison of durability tests conducted on M20 mix proportioned concrete.
