Focusing on improving operational management in feedlot activities, this work presents a strategic proposal centered around an agricultural company in Santa Fe, Argentina. It includes an exploratory study of the business unit, analyzing its value chain and utilizing the Strategic Agricultural Administrative Process framework. By addressing the five key administrative functions—planning, organization, integration, direction, and control—it offers a methodology for strategic management tailored to the unique characteristics of agricultural enterprises, highlighting the divergence between technical and economic optimization.
