Focusing on instructional supervision's impact on education, this book explores its role in teaching and learning within Lutheran Schools in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. Through a mixed-method research design, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, the authors examine various types of supervision and their effects. Utilizing questionnaires as the primary research instrument, the study reveals that both internal and external supervision practices are employed in these schools, highlighting their significance in achieving educational goals.
