Focusing on the treatment of international migrant workers in Brazil, this research examines the interplay between domestic and international normative frameworks, including ILO and UN conventions. It explores the sociocultural, economic, and legal dimensions impacting these workers, analyzing Brazil's institutional response and societal attitudes towards them. The study emphasizes Brazil's dual role as both a source and destination for migrants, highlighting the need for effective measures to ensure equality and strengthen international protection for this vulnerable population.
