Vandana Kumari Jena, a retired Indian Administrative Service officer, is a versatile author known for her novels, short stories, and poetry. Additionally, she has a collection titled "In the Middle." Residing in Mumbai, Jena's stories have appeared in over twenty anthologies, showcasing her impact on contemporary literature.
