Focusing on the migration experiences of children, this Special Issue delves into their journey from origin countries through refugee camps to new homes. It addresses the health impacts of displacement due to war and conflict, highlighting issues like trauma, mental health, and care coordination. Specific populations, including disabled children and unaccompanied minors, are examined. The issue also discusses new clinical guidelines, care systems, and advocacy for policies, alongside a summary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child's mandate for vulnerable children.
