The starting point is that everything is energy; everything outside of you, and everything inside of you is energy. So, what is the boundary between the energies composing, your outside and inside worlds? It is a curious journey from the outside un-manifested energy to the inside manifested world. And what are you carrying inside? Only memories of things that never happened exactly the way you thought they did.
