Using AI art as art therapy to help heal from narcissistic abuse , photographer Gregory Bell unleashed his mind onto the page with a collection of AI generated images reflecting his emotions and personal responses to narcissistic abuse.An off-the-beaten path photographer of sideshows, circuses, rodeos, burlesque, vintage entertainment, street life, and surfing, Bell turned to the creation of intimate AI art after his therapist suggested photographing images to express how narcissistic abuse was affecting him. Using AI art, imagination and his own emotions , Bell curated a series of images that gave him the perspective needed to understand his own trauma. It was an intimate catharsis that merged with his circus aesthetic sense to become a generative healing and reflective experience.
