There is significant concern regarding the Church's ability to address global challenges, despite its claims of Jesus' power to resolve life's issues. Many Christians pray fervently, often citing 2 Chronicles 7:14. However, a closer examination of this Scripture reveals a misrepresentation in how it is commonly quoted during prayers, contributing to the Church's perceived ineffectiveness in obtaining results from God. The title of this work serves as a direct message from God to the Church, highlighting areas of error in its approach. A pressing question arises: "Can the Church, as God's representative on earth, err?" Unfortunately, the answer is affirmative. This book explores how the Church, made up of individuals called by God, has strayed from His word in various ways. It calls for a transformation within the Church; otherwise, prayers may be in vain. Engaging in iniquity while expecting divine responses is futile. Christians are urged to heed this call for change and make necessary amends to allow God to demonstrate His power through the Church once more. The hope is that this work will awaken believers to recognize and fulfill the conditions outlined in God's word, enabling Him to fulfill His promises once those conditions are met.
