However, Amber feels unfulfilled in her role as a wife and mother. When she sees a Poise! magazine spread inviting married readers to swap lives with a glamorous single journalist, she impulsively writes a letter, never expecting a response. Life Swap explores what happens when these two women, each convinced that their happiness lies elsewhere, decide to experience each other's lives for a month.
